LIFT Visualizer
The nature and site of interactions between a biologically active small molecule and its protein target(s) are essential parameters determining the biological effect of the small molecule. These non-covalent interactions are computed by the LIFT Visualizer. The visualizer provides the classification of each interaction (e.g., Hydrogen Bonds, Salt Bridges, etc.), along with the residue, chain name, distance and coordinates of the atoms involved.
